Why is our nervous system important?

Your brain -
It controls every single one of your cells your entire life. This is allll subconscious. As I am sitting here, or you are there reading this, our brain is telling our heart cells to be heart cells, our digestive system to digest, our skin to be doing skin cells things... and all of the other cells to be doing their jobs. And we are not telling all of those cells to do all of that work consciously.
Our conscious thoughts have to do with our environment. We are making sense of the external world, and reacting to stimulus.
Our NERVOUS SYSTEM is important, because it's our brains, telling all of our cells to do their jobs. So, if there's some sort of stressor, like a trapped emotion, chemical toxin, or a physical injury, our brain still sends a message, but it's like the message isn't clear. It's like the game Telephone - at first, the message is easy to hear and starts clear. As the message gets passed through, it gets all muddled.
If you have a dysregulated nervous system, you may experience:
lots of ptsd flashbacks
a short temper
anxiety
depression
weight gain
poor quality relationships
lots of fear, poverty, scarcity
Here are some ways to regulate your nervous system:
legs up the wall pose
chanting/humming
walks
qnrt - quantum neuro reset therapy
energy work
self emdr - butterfly hug
breath work
