Rachel has such a calming presence that instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable opening up and sharing. Her meditations are incredible, I was able to enter such a deep state of relaxation and connection with my body. Rachel definitely has a beautiful gift of helping you reconnect in with your body and the present moment.
