(Most) Humans Today are Chronically, Overly Stressed (AKA Burnout)

Stress. This reality is a stressful place where there is life, and death. Species want to survive, so any perceived threat to their livelihood immediately turns a stress response on in the body.
On my healing journey, I've learned a lot about how my nervous system basically held A LOT of stress through my early years. My body was never able to finish a lot of stress cycles, so I had chronic physical symptoms persist. We don't practice releasing stress in the true matter it needs to be released often, nor have we been taught how to release stress in HEALTHY ways.
There are starting to be more stress-relieving practices becoming more mainstream like meditation, deep breathing, yoga, workouts, and cleaner eating. Some of us are realizing just how harmful chemicals are not only to us, but to our planet as well.
I did a lot of the "go-to" practices, and was still stuck, icky and sick. This is why I had to go deeper into my healing journey. The main practices that have helped me truly heal are: QNRT, cellular healing, and energy work.
There are only three types of stress that can throw a body out of balance: physical, chemical, and emotional.
Physical -- an injury like a broken bone may not heal correctly and the nervous system could get confused. Scars on the surface of the body can also throw healing off. You know when a doctor has no other answer to remove an organ?? That's a pretty intense physical trauma to the body, realizing that all of a sudden a piece of it is missing.
Chemical -- toxins are in our environment, and get into our bodies. Fluoride, chlorine, arsenic, mercury, pesticides, lead... all of these get into our cells and our bodies can only detox so much at once!
Emotional -- heart walls. As I've opened up my heart, and learned how to forgive, let go, surrender, and more, my heart has opened up to become magnetic and magic. One look around at most people and you'll see how they've placed walls up around their hearts to protect themselves. It can be subtle, and often is until there's a BLOW UP and you're like, "why the heck are they so annoyed by this one little event???"
We've got to dig deep. We are feeling ANCESTRAL and DNA wounds now at this time. Wounds that run deep like not being able to speak our own truths, getting stepped on and walked over, so, so much.
Some of us are quite sensitive, and burnout is a real thing. Especially as a woman (and, I can only speak from that experience), we try to be everything for every body. We must learn to take care of ourselves.
