In today's world, we are facing lots of pathogens. I mean, we always have BUT


with overuse of antibiotics, lots and lots of bugs are evolving quickly, and learning how to survive, despite how hard we are fighting them.


Here's some good news:


there are natural remedies to use in order to boost your immune system.

Here are some of my favorites:


Reishi Mushroom -- may increase the number of white blood cells in the body and improve their function

Oregano -- considered one of the most powerful antibiotics

Sage -- helps to evade infections, and acts as a protective shield by boosting the body's immune system

Rosemary -- has a plant compound called oleaniolic acid. This acid has shown antiviral activity against herpes, HIV, influenza, and hepatitis

Thyme -- has high levels of Vitamin C

Ginger -- has compounds such as gingerols and zingerone which have been found to inhibit viral replication and prevent viruses from entering host cells

Turmeric -- has curcumin, which limits the replication of lots of different fungi, bacteria, and viruses
