Foods that will Raise Your Vibration

Everything is energy. Everything has a frequency. As I type this, the way I am seeing it visually, is that everything has it's own DNA like helix, color, and number sort of system that are all unique.
Changing my diet has been a BIG part of my journey. It's changed my digestive problems I had for 20+ years, mood, and even my weight.
Think of it this way:
"Frankenfoods" are foods that are food-like substances. These are the "foods" that humans have modified. These are common - they can be found in packages. The whole foods movement has become more popular in recent years, FOR GOOD REASON! Our bodies need nutrients. Nutrients are information. Proteins get turned into muscle. Vitamins and minerals go do their job in the immune system. "Frankenfoods" are new to our biology, they are made up of some information our bodies can differentiate, but a lot of them are empty calories. Lots of people that are over weight are under nourished - they're not getting nutrients for our bodies to do the jobs that they need to in order to be healthy.
Foods that are ALIVE, bring your body vibrant, bright, energies. Frankfoods dull your sparkle ✨

Simple

Some foods to start with or into your rotation:
Leafy greens
Vegetables - zucchini, asparagus, cabbage, squash, peas, carrot, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage
Tomato
Fruit - berries, apple, banana, mango, pineapple, grapes, pomegranate, kiwi, berries, lemon, lime, dates, figs
